Stair , landing and lounge carpets deep cleaned Very efficient customer service from The Cleaning Doctor.  Raf came out to give a quote, booked in for a few days later.  Ross turned up on time and cleaned the carpets.  Ross was friendly and very polite.  He set straight to work.  Carpets looked like brand new when he had finished. Living room carpet cleaned Excellent service, professional staff and the carpet looks like new.  Booked to have living room carpet cleaned but due to staff sickness the job was cancelled on the day.  However, they were very apologetic and managed to fit us is the next day to complete the job, and they even did it free of charge due to the inconvenience.  One very happy customer, thank you! Full clean of all of the carpets in the house. I moved into my property on the 21/04/2022, my priority once I received the keys was to ensure it was cleaned thoroughly.  Raf from the Carpet Doctor called me later that afternoon and arranged a visit the same day.  I received the quote and was very happy to proceed.  He was able to complete the job a day earlier which was even better for me.  Communication was excellent and thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the work. Stairs and landing carpet I’ve used Raf many times before and won’t go anywhere else for my carpet cleaning.  He came last week and my huge stairs and landing carpet in my new house was cleaned.  I was honestly going to replace it as the previous owners were mingers, but it seemed a good quality carpet so thought if any man could resurrect it it would be Raf!!! I was very happy with the price so we went ahead a few days later.  Dean who completed the work was also very friendly and efficient.  Most importantly the carpets looked great afterwards. Brown stains on carpet due to wickback We tried to clean the carpets at the end of our tenancy which caused brown staining due to wickback once the carpets had dried.  We were ending our tenancy that day so it was urgent we got the carpets back to looking clean.  I phoned Raf at 3pm and he turned up a few hours later.  He gave us a very reasonable quote up front as he wanted to have a look before trying to fix it.  He was clearly very knowledgable, explaining the issue and talking us through the solution. Cleaned wall to wall carpets on both levels of my house, plus three small area rugs. The Carpet Doctor staff arrived on time and completed the job in less than three hours.  Both gentlemen were friendly, polite, careful and very professional.  Their machines remained outdoors and there was no mess.  The chemical was one I had not seen previously and it's cleaning power was incredible -- and left no residue no chemical smell.  My carpets are light beige and now look like new after 17 years of use.  Baseboard edges are clean and all spots and dirt on primary walkways are gone. Deep carpet cleaning Great service.  Very Impressed with carpet cleaning.  The carpet was well cleaned.  Although my carpet was worn the expectations were given as to the extent of what work they could achieve . Cleaned the hallway carpet. So pleased with the results.  My hallway carpet was filthy and was unsure if I should replace or clean it.  Decided cleaning and I've got to say I'm so happy I did.  Although carpet was damp for quite a few hours, it was well worth it.  Carpet is so clean.  Fast, efficient service from start to finish.
